Laura Lubin Rossi is Chief Marketing and Communications Officer at Richards, Layton & Finger, the largest and one of the oldest law firms in Delaware, where she leads the firm’s business development, marketing, and communications strategy. She focuses on strengthening the firm’s brand, elevating thought leadership, modernizing messaging, and building data-driven approaches that support client engagement and growth.  Laura also supports initiatives that strengthen the firm’s community leadership, including work with the Government Affairs Committee and efforts to position the firm as a best-in-class Delaware institution that reinforces the strength of our Corporate Franchise.

Laura brings nearly three decades of experience in reputation management, brand development, integrated marketing, content strategy, and corporate communications. Before joining Richards, Layton & Finger, she spent 25 years in financial services in leadership and growth-focused roles, most recently at JPMorgan Chase, with global roles as Chief Marketing Office for Corporate Impact, Chief Marketing Officer for Commercial Banking, and Head of Public Relations for the Card and Payments organization. Previously, she held marketing and communications roles with ING DIRECT (now Capital One), Swift Financial (now PayPal), and First USA (now JPMorgan Chase).  Laura started her career in non-profit development work at both her alma mater, The Lawrenceville School, and Mercersburg Academy.

Laura’s leadership and impact have been recognized with notable honors, including PRWeek’s 40 Under 40 and the Delaware Governor’s Award for Service, reflecting both her professional achievements and her commitment to community engagement and public service. Her prior board service includes roles with Kind to Kids, the Delaware Children’s Museum, and Wilmington Country Club. She is a co-founder of the Next Generation Board of the Delaware Community Foundation and served on the Strategic Planning Committee for Wilmington Friends School.

Laura graduated from Wake Forest University with a BA in English. Laura lives in Wilmington, Delaware with her husband and has two adult sons. In her spare time, Laura is an avid reader, binge watcher of shows and enjoys taking long walks with friends and her dog, Junior.
