Operations Director
Katie Soja Johnson joined Ronald McDonald House Delaware in 2016. She is a native Delawarean and holds a B.S. in Finance and a M.A. in Nonprofit Leadership from the University of Delaware. Katie has been active in the nonprofit community since high school, and has worked for area nonprofit organizations since graduating from UD.
In addition to her duties at Ronald McDonald House, Katie was a member of the inaugural Advancing Leadership Cohort for Ronald McDonald House Global, and has worked with colleagues from the US and Canada to plan conferences for other Ronald McDonald House Operations staff.
Katie is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Fund For Women, where she serves as Vice-Chair of the Grants Committee. She serves as Treasurer for her high school alma mater’s Alumni Association. Katie previously served on the Board of Next Gen North of the Delaware Community Foundation as well as the Delaware State Chamber of Commerce Young Professionals Network.
Katie lives in Delaware with her husband Chris and their cat Topanga Lawrence.
