Marketing and Communications Manager

Haley is a born and raised Delawarean with a passion for helping others. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Wilmington University with a certificate in the Trauma-Informed Approach. As a member of multiple honor societies, she continues to contribute to their mission as an alumna. Haley joined the Ronald McDonald House Delaware team in 2018 and is currently serving as the Marketing and Communications Manager. She thrives on connecting with families and making a positive impact on their lives.

Haley’s passion for service extends beyond her day-to-day role at Ronald McDonald House Delaware. She serves on the Board of Directors for Trauma Matters Delaware, supports the Walk to End Alzheimer’s, is active in the Delaware Young Professionals Network, and is a Leadership Delaware Fellow (Class of 2025). Across each initiative, she remains dedicated to championing causes that strengthen her community.

Outside of her professional career, Haley enjoys spending time with her friends and family, trying new restaurants, running, and reading. She currently lives in north Wilmington with her husband Ryan and their crazy cat, Ollie.
