Marketing and Communications Manager
Haley is a born and raised Delawarean with a passion for helping others. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Wilmington University, complemented by a certificate in the Trauma-Informed Approach. As a member of multiple honor societies, she continues to contribute to their mission as an alumna. Since 2018, Haley has been a valuable member of the Ronald McDonald House Delaware team, currently serving as the Marketing and Communications Manager. She thrives on connecting with families and making a positive impact on their lives.
Beyond her role at Ronald McDonald House Delaware, Haley stays active in her community as a volunteer for Faithful Friends Animal Society and the Walk to End Alzheimer’s. She further contributes her leadership as a member of the Delaware Young Professionals Network and a Leadership Delaware Fellow class of 2025. These roles allow her to contribute her time and expertise to causes she cares deeply about.
Outside of her professional career, Haley enjoys spending time with her friends and family, trying new restaurants, and reading. She currently lives in north Wilmington with her husband Ryan and their crazy cat, Ollie.
